Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a return and exchange option. To initiate the process:

Video Verification Process:

1. Please make an unboxing video upon receiving the product.
2. Clearly show the damaged or defective part in the video.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing the video as evidence.

Exchange Procedure:

1. Once the video is received and the damage is verified, we will initiate the exchange process.
2. You will be required to return the damaged product to us within 4 days.
3. A replacement product will be dispatched once the damaged product is received and inspected.

Conditions for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• The unboxing video is a mandatory part of the verification process.
• The damaged or defective product must be returned to us within the specified timeframe.
